Creeds and the Blackwater area are as rural as Virginia Beach gets — winding dirt roads, working farmland, and long private drives that disappear into the treeline. It's the kind of place most dumpster companies quietly write off. For RISE, it's home. We're based right out here in the rural south, so a Creeds address isn't a detour for us — it's the neighborhood.
That local footing matters more than it sounds. Getting a loaded roll-off truck down a soft dirt road and back out without getting stuck or tearing up the lane takes knowing the ground. We do. We place the dumpster where the job actually needs it, protect whatever surface it lands on, and leave your property the way we found it.
Barn finally coming down? Property that hasn't been cleared in a generation? These are the jobs other companies won't touch and we're built for. Call and we'll figure out the right number of hauls to get it done.
Creeds & Blackwater Jobs We Handle
Our 10, 15, and 20-yard roll-offs cover it, and out here the 20-yard earns its keep on the big rural work:
- Barn & structure demolition — full tear-down debris, staged across as many hauls as the job needs.
- Agricultural cleanouts — old equipment, fencing, feed, and years of farm accumulation.
- Multi-acre property hauls — clearing land that's gone untended, one section at a time.
- Rural renovations — remodels and additions on properties far from any transfer station.
- Estate & inherited-property cleanouts — emptying a whole family place in one coordinated effort.
Simple Flat-Rate Pricing
No "we had to drive way out there" surcharge sprung on you at the end. The same flat rates we run everywhere, with wood-board protection and direct local dispatch built in. A $25 delivery fuel charge is disclosed at booking.

Why Creeds Landowners Choose RISE
Deep-rural access is the whole point
The further out the address, the fewer companies will actually come. We built the business around exactly these roads — so the truck shows up, gets to where the work is, and gets back out clean.
Protection on dirt, gravel, and pad
Hardwood boards go under the dumpster's contact points on every surface — including the packed-dirt and gravel drives that are the norm out here. A loaded container drops hard; the boards keep it from sinking a rut or cracking a pad.
Sized for the big rural job
Blackwater-country cleanouts are rarely one-and-done. We'll stage multiple 20-yard hauls so you can clear an entire property in sequence, and the 48-hour swap guarantee keeps a demolition or big cleanout from stalling.
Do I need a permit in Creeds?
For a dumpster on your own land — which covers essentially every job out here — you generally won't need a permit. Call us with your address and we'll tell you what's typical, then you can confirm with the city if it applies.
