RISE Dumpsters is a veteran-owned, independent roll-off dumpster company based right here in Virginia Beach. We're not a broker and we're not a call center two states away — when you book a dumpster, you're talking to the people who load it on the truck and place it on your property. That's why our pricing holds, our schedule holds, and your driveway stays in one piece.
We run 10, 15, and 20-yard roll-off dumpsters for everything from a single-bathroom demo to a full-property renovation. Every delivery includes thick hardwood boards laid under the dumpster before it ever touches your surface — not an upsell, not a premium tier, just how we operate. A loaded steel container on bare asphalt or unsealed pavers will crack and shift them. We build the protection in so you never have to think about it.
Where We Deliver Across Virginia Beach
Virginia Beach is a big, varied city, and we cover the whole footprint — but we've built our routes around the southern and coastal neighborhoods that other companies treat as an afterthought. If you're in the rural south of the city or out toward the water, you're squarely in our home territory.
Sandbridge & the Coast
Seasonal rental turnovers, beach-house renovations, tight HOA streets and older asphalt that needs protecting.
Pungo & Creeds
Rural southern Virginia Beach — barn cleanouts, agricultural hauls, and long private drives we navigate every week.
Ashville Park & Southern VB
Newer construction, renovation debris, and estate cleanouts across the growing south end of the city.
Kempsville, Great Neck & North VB
We serve the full city north to the Oceanfront. Call for the next available window to your address.
Simple Flat-Rate Pricing
Pick your size and your rental window. Every rate includes wood-board driveway protection and direct local dispatch — no broker markup. A $25 delivery fuel charge is disclosed at booking, never added after.

Why Virginia Beach Homeowners Choose RISE
Driveway protection on every single drop
In high-value neighborhoods, a cracked driveway costs more than the dumpster. National brokers dispatch whoever's cheapest, and their subs skip the boards to save five minutes. We never do. Hardwood boards go under all contact points, every time.
A local fleet, not a broker
We own our trucks and employ our drivers. Your Saturday delivery shows up on Saturday, and the price you were quoted is the price you pay — no dynamic pricing, no surprise dispatch fees the morning of your drop.
48-hour swap guarantee
Fill your dumpster early? Call or text and we'll have a fresh one on site within 48 hours. Your project doesn't pause because your container is full.
What can go in the dumpster?
General construction debris, household junk, furniture, appliances, roofing shingles, drywall, wood, flooring, and most renovation waste. We can't take hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, bulk tires, batteries, or liquids. Not sure about a specific item? Call before you load — we'd rather answer up front than turn away material at pickup.
Do I need a permit in Virginia Beach?
If the dumpster stays entirely on your private property — driveway or yard — you typically won't need a permit. If it has to sit on a public street or right-of-way, the city may require one. Call us and we'll tell you what's usually needed for your specific address, then you can confirm with the city.
